Before closing on your new home...

• Before closing, ensure your realtor issues you a pool/gate key.


• Ensure you are provided a copy of the CC&Rs and bylaws.


• Ensure all dues and assessments for your new home are current.


• Important notices will be: USPS mailed or emailed, and posted on the pool cabana bulletin board.


• Park in only your garage or carport.


• Please provide your email address and phone number to the Board.


• The annual meeting is held every January. Watch for notices.
