Tips to get you started at Linden Place

• The dumpster is emptied Tuesday and Friday mornnings. Do not overfill!


• Bag and tie all garbage bags. Follow are posted dumpster rules.


• Place recycle bins 3 feet from your property every other Sunday after 6:00 PM.


• Remove your recycle bin by the evening of pickup day.


• Park only in your garage or carport. Guests may park in designated guest spots for no more than 72 hours.


• No parking in fire lanes, short and long-term parking permits can be issued. See the parking page.


• Unattended vehicles in the fire lane are subject to towing at any time.


• Whether you own or rent, provide your email address and phone number to the Board.


• Important notices will be USPS mailed or emailed, and posted at the pool cabana.


• Attend the next regular board meeting and introduce yourself!


• Regular board meetings are held on a monthly basis. Non-owners may attend as well.
