Crime at Linden Place

We occasionally have problems with vagrants sleeping or leaving trash on our property and making a mess of our dumpster area. If you witness anyone trespassing on the property, see below, inform a board member asap, or call 911.

We all need to stay vigilant, and call 911 on anything or anyone suspicious!

• If you encounter a suspicious person on the property, say hello and question them.


• "Are you a new neighbor here?"


• "If not, can I assist in helping you find someone?"


• "Do you need anything?"


• "This is private property and trespassers are not allowed."


• If they persist and do not leave, call 911.
