Recycling and Garbage at Linden Place
Recycling is STRONGLY encouraged not only for its environmental benefits, but also to save space in and around our dumpster.
Recycling is picked up every other Monday, ususally in the morning. Holidays disrupt the normal pickup schedule, so please check with City websites for adjustments.
Recycling and Garbage Rules
- Recycling bins must be placed no more than 3 feet from your property line.
- Recycling bins must removed from the street/fire lane by 7:00PM on recycling day
- No items intended for trash or recycling are to stacked on top of, overflowing from, or next to recycle bins
- No items destined for eventual recycling or the dumpster are to be visible from any common or public area
- NEVER overfill the dumpster or place items next to it!
- Try your best to donate usable items before choosing to toss them into the dumpster.
